Outdoor inspection and cleaning went very well. However I have been calling and telling my inspection person that my bait stations were missing since March 2026. I had some landscaping done around the house and most stations were removed or broken. They finally replaced all stations last week (Oct 2026). I have been calling to get the new stations put in and a possible refunds on a service that did not exist. No calls, no new stations, no refunds for 7 months!

I absolutely love the service and how friendly and thorough Kirk Lewis is everytime! We’ve had multiple companies trying to get us to switch and moxie keeps trying to get us to come back but I tell them each time just cause they’re cheaper doesn’t mean your better. I respect Kirk cause he always does what’s best for us and as long as he stays that way and the company does I’ll never turn my back on him or the company. That’s why we came back.

Service is always thorough and efficient. Technician is always knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and on time, respectful of property, conscientious, reliable. Price is reasonable. Chemicals used are pet friendly and efficient. Service is never intrusive. Follow-up is comprehensive and easy to understand. I prefer more notice than I get when the tech is coming to service my home but he is very adaptable and when it has been a problem, he is very accommodating in rescheduling within a short amount of time.

I love the service. And lately my techs have been great! After the first treatment at my new home fir what was mainly spiders, did great initially but then after a week or so I saw more spiders and the tech promptly got back to my home and retreated inside and now almost 6 months later, even going into the cold season, I haven't seen but a few spiders and t they've all been outside aside from 2 very small in my basement but it was at that 3 month mark so I just had the tech spray outside this time. I recommend terminix to anyone who needs any kind of pest control. They will get the job done and if you see activity in between treatments they will send someone out to address the issue promptly! Thanks Terminix!
The technicians stay in touch about their arrival time and once they arrive, they discuss what they are doing for the day and are knowledgeable about the work performed.
