Super nice
I have had a technician that was coming out that was not doing hardly anything. I was really frustrated. Several times he came, never knocked on the door and then I would get a text saying the service had been performed while nothing had been done. I tried to cancel my service and was told I was under contract.
This past week I had a new technician, Jeorge Sanchez, he made a 98% difference. He came in and found my problem right away, explained what I needed to do once he sprayed. I followed his advice and my problem I was having is about 90% cleared up. He said it would take several visits to completely eradicate the situation and I was given hope. If all technicians were like him, the company would have better success. I went 5 months thinking nothing would work and he proved me wrong. I don’t want any other technician out here, I will only deal with him.
