We always get a call from Sal a few days before he comes to the house for a treatment. He arrives around the time he says he'd be at our house He always asks if we have noticed insects outside or in the house. After he leaves we get an email confirming treatment. Sal always tells us to call him if we notice insects inside or on the property. He will come back and spray. We've had Terminex for years and I highly recommend them.
