I have been impressed from the moment I called to inquire about services. The agent on the phone was thorough, patient, polite, and informative. Terminix‘s pricing was reasonable and scalable. The technician followed up by text and was polite and prompt. The inspector did the same. When the technician showed up (after clear communication about his arrival time), he spent two hours doing in a very thorough overview and initial treatment. I was very impressed with how much he knew about animal and insect behavior and reproductive cycles and how strategic he was about our plan going forward.

I’m extremely pleased with services rendered to me by TERMINIX. I like the way my technician contacts me at least a week ahead to schedule appointments; he reminds me when he’s on the way & rings doorbell to let me know he’s about to begin service & lets me know when he’s finished. Additionally, Stanley is very friendly, professional & efficient.

Have a new person. Loved henry, he retired, but he was thorough & would take his time spraying around our house & fence area. The new person was ok, but rushed through our service. Don’t think he hit all of the problems & next thing I know he was gone. Afraid we will have bugs. Didn’t ask if we had any problem areas. Didn’t even see any spray residue around doors. He was just in & out. Was told terminix was looking for someone to take over our route. In the mean time, didn’t think we good good service we were used to
My terminix worker is very professional, friendly and always arrives within his estimated time of arrival.
I trust the training the service techs received from Terminix. I see the result of their training in the handling and use of their equipment when on a service call at my house.
When your service man comes he always rings the bell and introduces himself and lets me know he is here to service the house. That is much appreciated.
