Bruce is a skilled professional and dependable. He does the right task to fix the problem at hand. We have been customers for 30 plus years. Scheduling was a problem because an appointment was scheduled, no one showed up and was rescheduled with no call to us. This was Not Bruce’s issue but scheduling. If I recall, this has happened before. Promise made for the day scheduled and rescheduled with no contact.
