We cannot praise our technician, Npha Sesay, enough! He is always so positive and friendly, spends his time on treating our property, and is truly interested in answering our questions and providing us with helpful information. Npha always encourages us to call if we encounter a problem and is very willing to re-visit if necessary. Such a hard worker....and a wonderful person!
They always call before they come to the property, they do a thorough job and always say yes to special requests. They handle sprays and rat bait that a homeowner shouldn’t be doing on their own.

Johnny Jones has always been professional in explaining the needs for the house and always answered questions and never made me feel he was just doing the job and moving on to the next one. He was very helpful in bringing things to my attention that was not related to pest control such a plumbing issue that needed immediate maintenance. I know that I can call and get the customer service from Terminix.
I have been a Terminix customer for several years. I am always contacted prior to service with the proposed treatment plan. The technicians show up promptly, are extremely friendly and answer any questions that I may have. Following treatment, they check back with me with their findings and any suggestions for additional actions. My only request is that Terminix would offer lawn treatment for moles/ voles and any other pests.
Our tech simply does his thing . He asks if we have had any problems. But best of all we have no more bugs!
