I really like the captions & pictures of the service that was completed by my regular pest control person, Anthony Bailey. The text reminders of the planned date are helpful quarterly service also. The treatment to me is awesome. It is rare that I need an internal treatment but realize that I can call if additional service is needed.

My service is great
My Terminix rep Ted always gives me a report on what he has done at my house, for example telling me how many wasp nests he took care of, etc. He doesn’t rush when he comes to our house but walks all around it. Is respectful by telling us the day before he will be coming, plus inquiring about outdoor animals.
Customer Service is exemplary. Technicians are courteous and helpful. Product is top of the line.
