There is not much to say. He calls to let me know when he is coming. It his appointment and do what he is supposed to do then leave. I haven't had any problems with insects.
I HAVE NO NEGATIVE ISSUES WITH TERMINIX BUT THERE IS ALWAYS ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT THUS THE 9 RATING!
I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF A TERMINIX EMPLOYEE IS EVER GOING TO COME BACK
TO CHECK ON THE RODENT TRAPS PLACED IN MY ATTIC LAST YEAR!
PREVIOUSLY WHEN A TERMINIX EMPLOYEE WAS AT MY HOME I ASKED IF HE WAS GOING TO CHECK ON THE TRAPS? I WAS INFORMED THAT THE EMPLOYEES WHO DO THAT HAVE SPECIAL TRAINING OR EQUIPMENT TO DO THAT.
They were prompt, very informative, pleasant to speak to and answered any questions I had. The advised me when I asked questions!
