Terminex has been really easy to work with, The employees are easy going and they listen to me if I have any concerns, The problem that I have (still) is with cement ants and they have been a nightmare to contend with. But that is nature.
The only problem I have had is with processing the payments. My bank card has been hacked twice and it has been replaced twice. I have called to update the information both times and i still get emails informing me that payment could not be processed. It is tedious.
We realy like the woman that comes to our house she does a great job.
