I am satisfied by the service by our technician but because we are retired with limited income
I don't see how we can continue this cost. It went up again by $10 a quarter, now up to $222
a quarter. I know a lot of things continue to increase but we will just have to battle the bugs on our own.

He is meticulous in his attention to necessary detail in his work, always clear and helpful in explaining what is being done and answering questions about we can best protect ourselves against ticks and mosquitoes, and unfailingly cordial and attentive with us. I strongly urge that he be recognized and rewarded for his excellence.
