I have total confidence in Terminix that past issues have been resolved. They are here when they say they will be and refresh the stations and they leave me a report of what has been done.

Each time a Terminix technician comes to service our property, they are always professional, thorough and respectful. The representative always alerts us a day or 2 ahead of the scheduled appointment, so we are prepared for their arrival. Then, once they finish providing the services that we arranged for, they provide us with a thorough report through text or email. Also, if they find anything out of the ordinary, they are sure to inform us and recommend any services they may take care of the issue. However, they don’t try to push unwanted or unneeded services onto us. As I mentioned, they are very professional.
Terminix was easy to work with in transferring our service from our old home to our new address out of town. They came to our new address in a timely manner. The technician came during the time that was booked and gave courtesy calls and texts to alert us that he was on the way. It was a very easy process, and everything was thoroughly explained.
