Good communication with technicians
From the beginning to the end I received over the top and beyond the call from Gavin, David, Ethan and Alex. Everyone was on time, super great communication skills, patience, very knowledgeable, understanding, patient and supportive. Positive attitudes and they gave me hope. Each one made me feel like family. I hope to see all their hard work and efforts exceed their expectations. I believe each is setting an example for others to follow. Terminix is fortunate to have such skilled workers on its staff. I believe they are one of the reasons for your success. Great job so far and I am pleased.
