We have had Terminix for many years and are completely satisfied with the service. Our bi-monthly service is perfect. We never have a pest problem, but if we have a reason to call, our wonderful technician, Isaak Cook, responds immediately. Isaak is always such a professional. He answers all our questions, explains everything he does in our yard, and responds promptly to texts. We even tried Terminix's gopher service this spring. It worked in just a couple of weeks, and bye-bye gophers! I would recommend Terminix to anyone. Their fees are reasonable and totally worth it. And, if you're lucky enough to get Isaak as your technician, I know you'll be extremely satisfied.

My technician, Adrian Cuerva (Victorville, CA), has provided me excellent service since taking over my route from the previous gentleman out of Helendale, CA who ran it. There's been minimal bugs on the interior and exterior of my home. He's responsive and takes the time to answer my questions when I have them. He's a great tech and I hope he is rewarded appropriately for his hard work.
