My wife and I would like to thank our Terminix Pest Service Technician, Nick Sani, and Petaluma CA's Terminix office for Nick’s thorough Triple Option Plus pest service and pest management recommendations. Even though Nick’s report indicates Mostly Cloudy weather conditions at the time of his treatment, it was raining lightly. To accommodate the wet weather conditions, Nick applied his ECOVIA EC 0.3% spray along the base of the walls along our covered front porch and back deck, as well as a granular formulation along the base of the exterior walls along the remaining locations. My wife and I greatly appreciate the effectiveness of Terminix's ongoing pest treatments since 2001, as well as Nick’s thorough quarterly pest treatment services and especially at a time of rising inflation.

Our site service technician, Jon, is very thorough and respectful, especially concerned for our animals and vegetables and the areas which we don't want sprayed.

Follow-up and professional
The tech Taylor from the Morgantown WV office was very explanatory about the origins of the ants in our environment (we have a crick). She explained the targeting of the areas, and the perimeter treatment. The gel she placed in those targeting areas did it's thing. Shortly after she left there we hundreds of ants eating it. The next day we didn't see an ant. She was very knowledgeable about our property being rural and the contributing factors, and that she has set up a treatment plan appropriate for our situation. Highly recommend Taylor.
