The person I contacted about service was very kind, engaging, and very helpful. John kept asking me if I had questions or concerns, and was ready to handle all of them. When my technician arrived, he was also kind and helpful. He was also thorough in explaining what he was doing, where, and why. At no point in any conversation did I ever feel judged for my flea problem. I only received understanding, and stories of shared experiences.
We've had Terminux in the past. We had the same technician for nearlyc15 years. You cannot beat that kind of service, commitment, kindness, and thoroughness!
