I have a quarterly service contract, but if you have an issue in between, they are there. I found cicada killer bees digging in my front yard, nasty looking critters. Our service technician, Joshua came out and took care of the problem.

Perhaps a solution could be concluded to promote fewer visits by anticipating pests during specific timeframes of the year and laying down a layer of protection around the home that prevents their access resulting in fewer trips to the home.
