The service has been good. I have had about 4 treatments now and the bugs are mostly gone now. It did take a few services to start seeing the difference, but I can definitely see the change. Service member Sergio Contreras does a good job of thoroughly spraying through my property.
Dennis is amazing!! He is hands down the best exterminator we have ever had. He is so personable, professional, and genuinely cares about his customers. He always takes his time to make sure our home is thoroughly treated and that every concern is addressed. Because with the very first spraying the ants stopped coming into our house. We had another episode where we had ants and with another round of spraying the ants were no longer coming into our house.

The primary reason for this score is your technician, Shay.. He does a very thorough job. He worked on both the outside and the inside of the house. He is very pleasant, punctual and friendly.
He is a definite asset to the company.
The technicians are easy to talk to usually they’ll do something that you asked them to do or I should say check on something that you have a question about they’re very thorough about what your paying for. If they just working outside, they don’t bother you but if you have a question about something, they’ll answer you if you have a question about a problem inside your house, you can talk to them about it. it may not be included, but you can discuss it with them and maybe it might be necessary that you do include it in there check ups. I have been very satisfied with the gentleman that I have had as technicians. This last one has been very good. He has been a few times already now.
