Ruel Bacalso, your technician, is wonderful and a true asset to your company. Ruel always calls 1-2 days before my appointment to inform me of the date and time, he is very friendly, and leaves my residence with the work completed. I have never had a problem with his work.

My Terminix representative Joe Infantino is the BEST. I don't know if I would stick with Terminix without Joe, but he is exceptional.
