I will say that if it weren't for Greg my score would definitely be lower as billing is a bit of a nightmare. At least once a year I get a bill when I know I'm paid up and its painful to call in and try to get it sorted. Not sure why this is the case (one time one of the people I talked to said you'd bought other companies so maybe thats why?) but in any case that certainly seems like a process that needs attention. But Greg certainly makes it all good from our perspective.

The tech Rigo was awesome. He showed up sooner than expected, communicated well and did an awesome job treating the home. The lady who scheduled my service was also great and made the process go smoothly. They are all very kind , professional, & helpful. Overall, it has been a positive experience and I’m glad I scheduled the service for my mom’s home.

When we got termite swarmers in our bathroom it was obviously very scary. Wayne M got Tony W out here ASAP to evaluate our situation and give us the best protection option to deal with this situation. Bryce and John came out and setup the traps and answered all of my questions. I was very happy Terminix was fast to respond to protect our home!
Jason is excellent. He explained exactly what he was doing at the house and communicated with me beforehand to set up the appointment and even adjust his schedule due to the snow. Great employee for you!
