Prompt, excellent service
Peter Volk is our regular service tech. He arrived on time as usual. I talked to him about the problems that I have been having with the silverfish and the wasps. He always is friendly and he listens to my concerns. He does a very thorough job with spraying all of the areas that I mention, and he also asks me if there are any other areas of concern that he needs to check for me.
Peter also sprays my daughter's house whenever she schedules him to do so. When he was over at.my house yesterday, he asked me if I knew if she was having any more wasp problems now. I thought that was really nice and thoughtful that he thought to ask me about her.

I stay with Terminix because of my technician Tim Conner. He’s so helpful and always checks to make sure everything is fine.
As non-southerners, we were deeply disturbed to find what we thought was a roach. Your technician, Devonte A. was an absolute lifesaver. He noted it may have been a water bug, but he still took every precaution to protect our home. Devonte showed us exactly how pests were entering through our unprotected doorways and explained the root of the issue. He was incredibly courteous and patient. I especially appreciated that he reviewed my online shopping cart to assure me I had the correct preventative items to seal my interior doors and what was needed to protect the outside entry. He treated our home with immense care. Thank you, Devonte!
Randy was very professional. He knew his job he took his time to find out what was going on. We have had some guy who came out to the house was pretty good. Randy was a 12 out of 10. Fantastic please send him again to our resident.
I appreciate what is being used to keep the bugs down and out from the perimeter of my home...more natural, the better.
My service provider is awesome, thorough and always texts me the day before the service which is most helpful. I appreciate how he accommodates my date of service as I do not want it to be applied just before my grandson (3) visits as we are always outside.
Even with this in mind, I am considering changing companies due to the cost of the service. Since 2017 the bill has risen from $99 to $176!
We have had continual service with no breaks in service so I would imagine the insects are much less in quantity than if the service had been terminated and started again.
In order to make this service work for my family, I had to cancel 1 of 3 services provided so that I could pay for the service.
Emmanuel my technician was on time and very courteous. He did a thorough job and was very professional.
