Once we got past a scheduling glitch, the Tech Carlos arrived on time, and was very personable. He listened to explanation of what was going on an took steps to investigate. Additionally, he educated me on the habitat and movement of honey bees.

My appointment which required someone to be in the house was supposed to be on Wednesday am, but Terminix showed up Tuesday afternoon, and I was not home to let anyone into the house. I was not left a phone number to contact anyone if I needed to change the appointment. I am also supposed to have a termite inspection.
