Alexander provided the best customer service! He listened then addressed my problems. He was at my house working, actually applying chemicals, longer than any prior service agents. I would rather that “only” he service my property quarterly
The Cooper reps have always been professional but friendly, they listen to & address my concerns both inside and outside my home. They are attentive to my concerns near sensitive areas around my vegetable and butterfly gardens.
