I have been a customer since 1997. I have had Terminix not only do the monthly pest control. I also them do the mosquito control as well. Because of their monthly care and yearly termite inspection, I have been fortunate to not have had any issues with pests, mosquitos or termites.

The primary reason for the score is that the service is working. I do not see any crawling bugs, and the last tech, that sprayed my home is very helpful and polite each time he comes. I think his name is Marquan.

Wayne was GREAT! I was able to schedule a visit the same day. He went above and beyond and I feel very well taken care of. He was also super nice and listened to get us exactly what we needed.
The technicians are great! Super friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. The only reason I didn't give a 10 is because no one calls to schedule the services and sometimes they are indoor services, so I need to be home. This improvement would make it a 10.
