Most Terminix technicians send us reminders when they're on their way. Some do not.
We want to be at home when they come so we can discuss what they're doing and so they can treat our basement.
Terminix is also an expensive service. I'm not certain how my friends and family would feel about paying such a premium price especially for the hiccups we've experienced.
Even though you have seen the need to increase your rates you are agreeing to work with me to leave my rates at the old level, which I appreciate. I am struggling to meet my monthly bills and a rate increase would make it impossible to continue with your company. Thank you for understanding. My fixed income make it impossible to adjust rate increases from any source. I fear other vendors may not be as understanding as you are being. I do appreciate this. Thank you. Name removed
