My service professional Edgardo is the greatest. He informs me when he will be there and calls me when he is there to tell me what he has found and what he has done. He is very professional and he takes very good care of my property. I would recommend him to anyone and if I had to give him a 1-10, I would give him a 20. Terminix has a real gem with Edgardo.
Tony is an exceptionally good tech! He listens to my need for help on issues and does his best to get rid of the problems or explains the situation so I can understand it. He stays ahead of things, such as telling me now that the invasive spiders will be coming back soon.

My assigned technician, Lee Kostelak, is awesome. She is through and never shortcuts. She always sweeps the eaves and under hangs, and pays attention to what she is doing. She is very courteous and willing to answer any questions that I may have.
