Great customer service from both individuals, I cannot remember the others name but he was quick, polite, and insightful as well. Overall very pleased with services. Technician was super knowledgeable, and communicated everything he was doing and what his advice was on how to maintain problems in between sessions. He did miss a couple spots that had spider webs left but not big deal. Super happy with Joe, will want him back for all future house calls

Terminix and Nathan Maulsby has done a terrific job every time we contact them or he comes out. He takes his time to educate us as long as he needs to and slowly goes over every detail we ask him questions on. We also asked him for some help with an unrelated issue and he was kind enough to provide some insight. Highly recommend Terminix and Nathan!
