Terminix and Nathan Maulsby has done a terrific job every time we contact them or he comes out. He takes his time to educate us as long as he needs to and slowly goes over every detail we ask him questions on. We also asked him for some help with an unrelated issue and he was kind enough to provide some insight. Highly recommend Terminix and Nathan!

On time arrival at scheduled time. Not very happy with this time visit. New technician. Came to site with broken pole brush for cleaning soffits and pool screen area, therefore it was not done. Follow up report was standard generated report with little relavence to actual conditions, like reference to crawl spaces when home is slab on grade etc.
Carlos was very respectful courtesy and knew what he was doing.
