We were given a 2-4pm time frame for arrival. Received message that the technician was responding to us. He arrived near 5pm. However, the high rating is for the technician Reul. He was outstanding! He thoroughly inspected the entire house and identified some issues such as American cockroaches and palmetto bugs. He also during poor weather, completed a granule application to the base of the home. He was the best part of this visit. I hope all of their employees are as professional as he was.

The technician is always kind and courteous. He is aware of our business operations and asked if anyone is allergic or has issues with the spray he is using. He works around our clients request while making sure to come back on apply coverage to that area once the location is cleared out. He always takes the time to explain everything that was done and ask if we (staff, assistant director or director) have any questions or concerns about what services were performed that day. He also always asks if there anything else we need to have focused on and explains if it is within or outside of our current contracted plan. If outside our plan the persons that need to be contacted to mitigate the issue are discussed.
I feel that you a good, reliable company. You always on time. Explain the work they are going to do, always interesting in any information about any insects seemed in and around the house that need taking care of. They are very good at explaining what was done and taking pictures of the exterior area after the job is completed. Nicholas is very nice with a pleasant personality.

Our technician, Jeff, is very dependable and thorough. He alerts us when our service is scheduled, is flexible with our schedule and keeps us updated on his progress to his appointment and about what he does and finds at these treatments. He has been out tech for years and that makes a difference!
