I’ve uawd Terminix for many years. I have always been satisfied with the quality and reliability that the service technicians provide. I can call in between regular scheduled service times and the technician is available and always ready to help and prompt service.
I was very unhappy with Terminex service until Dean the service manager came here on an emergency call. I was happy with John also. I was dissatisfied with the service when you call in with an emergency. Dean fixed the issue. I would recommend him and his team

We purchased a dehumidifier from Terminex, after a few years has some problem with and they took care of it without any issues, Calib and Martin the technician were very helpful even while on vacation.

Every month, is always on time. Does what’s needed then goes the extra mile and listens to what I say and fixes it. I hate spiders so he explains what kind of bug it is what it does! Then sprays. Terminex is worth the $$$!

Bertha provides consistent, friendly service. She keeps me informed of potential issues and notifies me of things I need to fix such as a cover for my dryer vent to keep animals out and other fixes to prevent future pest problems.
We had some ants coming through a pipe in the bathroom and Polly took care of it right away! We are very happy with our service and will continue to use Terminix!

Terminix offers a good service at a reasonable price. We have fewer bugs in the house since we started using Terminix. We always receive timely communications regarding appointments, when the service representative is on their way and a post service message regarding what was done during the visit.
