He is thorough with the service he provides. He has a great customer service attitude and is very friendly and kind. He has a "can do" attitude and offers suggestions to help us with current pest issues. We support him 100%.

Techs are personable, friendly, and notify us days in advance of when they're to arrive. When on-site they are professional, thorough and ask if there are any other concerns or issues. Afterwards, we receive notice of what was accomplished.
Their service tech Fernando listens to any and all complaints and takes care of them during his visits. He tells me to call him in between regular visits IF I have any bug problems and he will return to take care of it. I have had Terminix services for many years and appreciate the service and their technicians.

Logan Williams gave excellent customer service answering any questions me and my wife had in regards to the service. He followed up with me whenever he was finished with the service as we had to leave the house for 4 hours after the treatment and said to note where we see any activity and he would take care of it during our follow up treatment in two weeks. Very professional and next day service was a godsend as the home has had an infestation for 10+ years. Have seen very minimal activity since the initial treatment
