Nick Beshore is our Terminix serviceman. He is very attentive and knowledgeable to any questions or concerns we have regarding insect problems. He notifies us in advance prior to servicing our home. He is very professional and one of the reasons we continue with Terminix.
There has been no rodent activity in the house in the past 10 months, and I have not seen activity at the foundation outside. The techs visit every three months and change bait when necessary. I think the consistency of that action helps a lot. The traps are doing all the work, so I have had the opportunity to feel stress-free in this process. I haven't needed emergency help, but am comfortable knowing that the next level of action is available to intervene. Thanks.
