I don't usually complain but the last spray inside our house for bugs & whatever was not done by the usual person. I don't remember his name but he did say he was just filling in for the regular guy. The spray mix this time & this time only left a white residue on floor from one end of the house to the other. It is still visible today.

Allen calls us to verify a time that is good for us, then text us to let us know that he is on the way. He is friendly and pets the pups when they bark at him for attention. Answers questions when we have them. Overall, a very polite person and he does a great job.
