I had a very bad ant infestation so I called Terminix have not seen one since they came here
The service has always been excellent, the problem is that every time I get the bill, it is not what we agreed upon, and I must talk with an agent regarding the amount. Once we settle on a price, I would expect it to be that price going forward without any changes. It annoys me that I have to call Terminix every single time a bill arrives and is incorrect.

You do a great job. Although it's better for you to come on Tuesdays instead of Wednesdays. It seems like he always wants to come when we're in a meeting.
