I I’ve my service techs. Stan and Daniel. Things are good unless you need to reschedule an appointment. I think it upsets the whole scheduling system so suddenly I’m seeing my quarterly visits turn into 5 times a year which is sucky.
Frank is great. He is thorough and really listens to my concerns. Makes sure the job gets done and follows up if needed.

Likelihood of staying with Terminex or recommending it to others depends heavily on thye person serving us and representing you. Our regular service person in Brian Russell and we think he really takes good care of us. Fo sure, We are with you as long as we have him.

Victor listened to our needs and was very thorough explaining what he was going to do. I appreciated his communication. I would have rated a 10 but it doesn't make sense to me that the servicemen (no fault of Victor) are not provided a pole to deweb a 2 story house. The only do as far as they can reach which is only doing half the job, especially since spider webs are primarily under eaves that they cannot reach.

Riley always goes above and beyond with his services. He sweeps around the house and gets all of the cobwebs away from outside, is very thorough in his pest control and always has a friendly face and smile. He knocks away wasp nests that I didn't even notice and just is extremely good at his job. The guy deserves a raise, a bonus or both. He has the best customer service and my husband and I are always extremely impressed with him and happy to work with him.
