Our Technician -- Kline Cable -- is the main reason we give such a strong recommendation to use Terminix. He is an outstanding, personable, professionally capable person and represents the best Terminix has to offer.
Field persons are always on time and friendly, with good communication. And, we've stopped seeing roaches in the house since we started the service a few months ago.

The actual Terminex employee that came out, Hakan, is GREAT. Whomever went into the scheduling system and moved my appointment without notifying me is AWFUL. I had an appt for between 10am and 12 noon that day. Nobody showed up. Hakan was NOT the person scheduled. when I called up I was told "someone" changed my appointment - WITHOUT TELLING ME. However, later that same day Hakan looked at his upcoming appointments, saw my name, and decided to come over that same day to help with my yellow jacket problem as he had helped me several times previously.
He was a welcome sight and made short work of the nest. Hopefully they do not resettle anywhere else on my property.
I was and am very upset however with whomever thought it was acceptable to cancel my first appointment and not notify me. That's exceptionally unprofessional and the antithesis of what Hakan did to go the extra mile to help me out. He is a 10 and is the reason I gave a 9. If he hadn't stepped up I'd be giving a 1.
Great product, but some problems with the techs who come to the house.
Requested Allen spray indor ants, and he provided good information as to why they were spreading.
Our Tech Jalan G. was very friendly and worked very hard. He asked if we had any concerns and he addressed them for us. Also very nice!

our service man Frankie Foster makes all the difference. He calls the day before, checks in on the day of and does a good job. It’s probably your policy to do these things but he’s very friendly about it and is a pleasure to work with. He’s always on time and very thorough. I am very happy with his services. Christopher Elder is the reason! He went above and beyond to help my son and daughter-in-law with an ant infestation. My son was out of town and my daughter in law has a new baby and a 4 year old - with ants all over the bathroom.
Ants are bad enough, but added into a world where a mom is experiencing being alone with 2 little ones made it so difficult. I'm so grateful for the expertise offered by Christopher to treat the ants until he could get there - and then the time he took to take care of it so quickly.
I know there were a lot of calls and long hours for him, but the fact that he cared, listened and responded was even better than we could have imagined. Thank you so very much - and please let him know in some way how appreciative I am (as the grandma of the little ones) for being responsive.
