Reliable, safe, professional. Only criticism is billing. Breakdown on invoicing confusing and unnecessary. All services should be billed as one invoice listing service performed NOT separate accounts and invoices for each! Also, mandatory "auto pay" not good, should be left to customer to choos!
My assigned technician that comes regularly is Ryan, and he is great. He responds to our specific concerns and whatever he's been doing has protected my home from the pests that have attacked us in the past.
I have been very happy with our quarterly service and the technician does an outstanding job of letting us know when he is coming. My only complaint is that there is no communication when a price increase occurs in the service.

I had a very bad ant infestation so I called Terminix have not seen one since they came here
The service has always been excellent, the problem is that every time I get the bill, it is not what we agreed upon, and I must talk with an agent regarding the amount. Once we settle on a price, I would expect it to be that price going forward without any changes. It annoys me that I have to call Terminix every single time a bill arrives and is incorrect.
