The main reason is our technician - Alex Cintron-Rivera. He's the best! He's does his job thoroughly and takes extra care and precautions around our cat. We are also planning to adopt a puppy soon and he told us everything to do and the extra precautions he will take when we do. This is one of the few services I pay for where I feel 100% cared for, not only in the service provided, but the extra attention for the safety of our fur-children. It is appreciated beyond words.
