I have had my tech Wesley Strich for years and he is the best! He always lets me know when he is coming, then when he is on his way and is extremely thorough when he arrives. He understands my fears and makes sure they are always addressed. He is very friendly and never fails to say "if there is a problem with anything let me know right away". I feel very confident with him on the job and give him 10 stars!

The Tech, William, is excellent. He's knowledgeable and trustworthy and communicates well. The reason for the 9 stars instead of 10 is the cost of the service. If I didn't already trust my tech I would search for a more affordable solution to pest control.

I am contemplating legal action against terminix for abusing senior citizens with their billing and changes actions, I keep getting billed for all kinds of things, you call to find out and the service reps are vague about what's going on, I have asked for documentation either by mail or by e-mail as to what is going on, no reply, I had to take back 720.00 dollars they fleeced me out of, being on social security that was almost half my check, they lied to me about one charge they said I still owed, said the bank took it back, the bank did not, I have online banking and if the bank takes anything back it shows on my account, you kept the money expecting me to pay again, and I can't even get a paper bill to pay anything, you have to remind them, your service has gone down the toilet, I need to find some other pext control company that will take care of their customers, not abuse and lie to them. your company was doing well for me until recently and then it turned into crap, how could I recommend your company / services to anyone-----
