Terminix is a very good company that provides quality services.
First and foremost I want to commend the service technician, AB Qayoom for excellent work. He showed me how he found the colony,and there were two. They were outside my dining room window. Then he came inside, saw the ants in the kitchen, followed them across the floor, up the wall, along the chair rail to that window and saw where they were coming in. Then he sprayed around all those areas and then went outside to spray around the base of my entire house. He then sprinkled grains of something which attracts the ants. We watched the ants pick up this grain and head back to the colony . I had someone from you company here last July and he never did any of that. I would like his supervisor, Gregory S. Grinder, to receive a copy of this review. He arrived on time, sent a couple text before he got here with a picture of him so I would recognize him. He was VERY THOROUGH
and knowledgeable. He said if I saw any more signs of ants, to text him and he would return to spray again.

Zackery listened to what I needed very well and executed his plan efficiently. He was friendly but got right down to business. I also appreciated his text to let me know when he would be at my house.

My service is always on time and if I have a problem I can call them.
The technician is so timely and personable. He makes sure I know he is coming in advance and we can discuss my concerns. When he gets there, he takes care of it. Service is excellent.

Charles always does a great job. However, the constant increase in the cost for the service is not so great.

The tech was very nice my calls,my texts,he explained what he was doing for the visit, text what day,what time and that he have arrived for the job to be done would like to know if tech can come do the outside again fear of rain washed treatment away.

Have had tick, mosquito and general pest control for few years now and never have a problem with any of these insects in my yard!
Showed up in time period given. Sprayed inside and out, got rid of waps(hopefully) let me know when he was done.
Always notified in advance a couple of days prior to visit; always courteous and professional, makes sure all spider webs and nests around exterior of my home. Same day visualized cockroaches dead in driveway indicating the spray being used is very effective in creating a prevention barrier around my house.
