Richard, who is my usual guy, is very considerate and friendly. I'm always notified when exactly when my treatment will be. He respects my property and is also respectful of me and my dogs. Frank, who I met for the first time recently, applied my termite treatment. He also was kind, respectful and also knowledgeable of his job.
