Quick response and friendly service
My service technician is always professional. When my appointment can’t work for my schedule, she is ok with it being rescheduled. She explains what she has done or what she is going to do for my treatment. If she’s not available when I need her then I would prefer to wait until she is.
I've had the same service technician, Reynol, for several years. He's fantastic. He always comes to my door to find out if I have any particular problems before he starts my service. If I do, he takes care of the problem (which hardly ever happens), even if it's inside my house.
If i have any complaint, it's communication with the main office. I've had a few problems with having my service documented in their computers before it's actually taken place.They have always corrected the problem, but sometimes it takes more than one phone call to do so.

Both technicians (Kyle and Fale) that provided service were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and warm friendly individuals. They took their time to ensure no over on items and no wet messy areas to cause accidents. We never had to call for a retreatment prior to the scheduled service. Excellent customer service!
