He always reaches out the day before my service, texts when he's on his way, and lets me know once everything's done. He also takes the time to point out anything he notices that might need attention, which I really appreciate. That kind of communication and service is rare anymore. I highly recommend Terminix, and especially Issac. We'll definitely be continuing service !!!
