William the technician is very nice and has done a great job helping my house with the bugs and roaches. Overall the company is on top of our quarterly visits. And they usually accommodate any extra service we may need.

Both technicians (Kyle and Fale) that provided service were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and warm friendly individuals. They took their time to ensure no over on items and no wet messy areas to cause accidents. We never had to call for a retreatment prior to the scheduled service. Excellent customer service!

My tech is a personable thorough individual. He takes care of my pest control needs on every visit. If I have a concern and call the 800 number the folks are friendly and take care of my concern

Love that Terminix comes out in between quarterly service whenever I call with concerns. I called because I saw few ants in my kitchen and they came out soon after to do a treatment.
