Aaron friday was my tech, and the positivity he brought when he showed up was very reassuring, explained what was going to be done and the process, also recapped at the end with findings and treatments. Felt comfortable from when he showed up and upon leaving, left a great impression on me and a great representation of terminix and thier values.

David Bass is excellent!!! He is thorough in what he does and gives a detailed explanation of what he has done. He communicates clearly on times he will be out and always shows up when he says he will. Dwayne is really good. Besides the company texts I get, he sends me a note to let me know he’s here and wants to know if I’ve had any troubles. And if I want the inside done. I’ve had no problems with pests at all since Dwayne has been coming. He always tells me to call in between services if I need anything. I never have to call. All is good. I think it really matters when you have a really good technician. Thanks Dwayne!!!

I have been a customer for many years and I use quite a few different services . I am very satisfied with the service and the technicians. If there is ever a problem with anything all I have to do is call the office or the technician and the problem is solved to my satisfaction.
