We got a new technician since our original one left. We found him very courteous and informative. It's too bad he's assigned only temporary until a new replacement i found. His attitude and helpfulness was very much appreciated.

Terminix is easy to work with, provides prompt response to questions or concerns, is able to come out on short notice to deal with a problem, the technicians are polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
As always, technician is helpful, answers all questions and is friendly. Does his job with enthusiasm. Clears webs. Is thorough. Have had no pest problems since having Terminix spray quarterly.

They come out if you have issues and
take care of the problems for free in between services.
Since I have been using Terminix for I have had minimum to no issues.
My only complaint is the costs goes up without my knowledge. Understandable.
