Isaiah was GREAT !!! I showed him a couple of areas of concern inside the house and then we did a complete walk around the outside perimeter. He explained what he could do with the mouse traps inside and spray outside. He also found an area where wasps were beginning to build nests and took care of that.
This home is Under Contract to be sold in May, but I will recommend Terminix to the Buyers

Both Henry Shin and Barry Kohl were very informative and professional.
Henry Shin sprayed for bugs and swept areas to remove spiders and spider webs. Henry certainly knows his bug stuff.
Barry Kohl did a walkthrough of house and exterior to start the process to get rid of my mice issue.
Highly recommend both these individuals.
However, your call center in Memphis TN needs some training because based on that call my expectation was that only one person was going to be on site to fix the mice problem. Obviously, that was not the case after talking with Henry Shin.
