Originally I went with two competing companies but Terminix seemed to be the only company that took me seriously. do like the service I received from Ira Cutler, Sean and Maurice Davenport. All of these individuals were professional, friendly and informative. I liked how they took pictures of the areas affected, laid black traps, filled in the holes where mice could get into my house and stayed alert to my concerns. They all checked around the house outside even though this wasn’t my primary concern and were able to locate trouble areas that had gone unnoticed by me. One thing that could not be helped was they were all seemingly busy…like there many more appointments to go to in the day (interruptions—which they politely apologized for) and I wished they had written out in more detail what was covered and done in the visit to coincide with the pictures…if they had, I did not read that part. I’m glad I settled on Terminix.

I was very pleased with the dispatcher who initially set up our scheduled appointment, they were quick and thorough with explaining all the processes and even gave us a checklist of what to do before the terminix inspector came out.
The gentleman who came out to spray and set up glue traps was quick, friendly, efficient and timely. From initial time of consultation to the appointment was also no delay, had an appointment open up earlier than expected date from initial time. Really appreciate having that opportunity to get in sooner. I would recommend terminix to anyone who has problems with pests as they explain everything thoroughly and ensure that your health and safety are top priority while also getting rid of those nasty bugs.
