Our large, but extremely friendly pit bull puppy was accidentally let into the backyard while the technician was here. I heard him barking and dashed out to “save” your guy, but he was already throwing a tennis ball for the puppy, who was about to wag his butt off. That’s customer service!

I'm notified days ahead of time when the tech will be arriving at our home. Service is done quickly and cleanly. The tech doesn't even knock on our door unless he has something important to tell us (our service is completely exterior at this time). I get a report emailed to me, which describes all actions taken at our home and the chemicals used. The techs are also quite friendly and well mannered.
