I have only had my first service, so I gave a score of 9. Carlos came and he was so polite and helpful. Unfortunately, it was cold and rainy the day of my appointment. So, th bees were not very visible. He promised to come back in 7-10 days.

I’m a first time client and I can’t truly evaluate and recommend any company based on the initial service visit. However, the technician made a good impression and represented the company well.
The exterminator was very nice and professional. After completing the job he sent a text to let me know he was done. Terminix also provided everything that was done and found by the exterminator.

Kline is my exterminator. He is wonderful! He always arrives with a smile on his face, and happy to do whatever I need. He knows my house inside and out. He is personable, efficient, and always on time. You are lucky to have him working for you!
Please fix your auto call. It never includes the full message, as it never provides the appointment date and time. It would be helpful if the tech could schedule the next appointment. The technicians are qualified and provide good service.
My Tech is Michael Fanelli I contacted him about ants he came out between my scheduled service and took care of the problem. Terminix is on top of problem solving pesky bugs and rodents!!

Overall the tech was very nice and polite. But the only reason I didn't give it a ten, was because I never feel like I know what the check list is and if they are checked off based on what I ordered for Terminix to preform. I wish that every time a tech is scheduled that a list of things are clear and that I can see everything they do is done....
other than that... it was fine.
