Technician David Bass does an excellent, very professional job with quarterly pest control and deserves a 10 rating..
Annual price increases are a problem. We have 4 sales agreements/contracts with Terminix (Suterranean Termite Bait Stations; Dry Wood Termite prvention; Extrustion and Pest Control. This combined with the fact that we have paid out over $ 32,000 to Terminex since 2004 (including removing a rat infestation from attic) should result in a price break or price bundle but instead costs keep going up on each contract/sales agreement every year.
Request consideration of a price decrease based on above.

My serviceman is very professional & friendly. Always asks if we have any concerns he needs to address. He's conscientious wiping down the house & spraying for the carpenter ants.

Your email/text app links Do Not Work! I got a message that Service was on its way and to track.
I hit the email link and it said SERVICE PROVIDED, when he hadn't even yet arrived. I tried several different times and received the same message.

The reason I gave this score of 10 was because of Peter, he was amazing! He was very professional, made sure he checked everywhere. He double checked himself to make sure he told me correct and accurate information. And did a great and efficient job. The very next week I saw activity halt to nothing.
Our technician is great and does his job very well and is the only reason I stay with Terminix. My major complaint is that Customer Service is horrible based on past calls that I have made with little or sub-optimal results. The customer is always wrong or unimportant!!!

I've had Terminix for many years after bringing roaches home from the beach. My house was also treated for termites a long time ago and I've never seen them again. I'm totally pleased with the service. Joe Milbee has been my service tech for almost the entire time. We consider him a friend as well as a great representative for Terminix.
