We prefer to receive a phone call prior to the visit to be sure we are home when they come in order to inform them of what issue to address. Also it would be helpful to be able to contact the service person directly instead of getting an out of area contact and no response.

I have had Terminix service sense 2004. I have recommended Terminix to friends and family. In all the years I have been with Terminix there are 3 Technicians Anthony Bergman until 2015 and then Curry Williams, Joshua Doan that stand out above all others their knowledge and their professionalism and consideration along with their personality that they bring to their customers each and every time

The inspection was very thorough and not rushed. Robert knew right away from the location of the bugs, what they were and where they were coming from. The recommended services seemed appropriate and not "sales like". The cost was a little high, which is something I would tell anyone I recommend Terminix to. We will see if the service is worth the cost once it's completed.
My service tech does an outstanding job (Taylor Swanson). he is thorough, communicates well, on time and explains everything he finds and handles issues I may have consistently well. Am impressed with the communication and service and that my pests and spider webs are under control...particularly happy that they die "outside" and don't get into my house.
