The customer service was excellent. I had to have a second treatment a few days after the initial one, and both technicians were very friendly and informative. I constantly have door-to-door sales reps from other pest control companies bothering me in the summer, and I really appreciated that the terminix technicians weren’t trying to upsell any products or services. That alone will keep me coming back to terminix for all future pest control needs.

Our Terminix, representative, Austin, is really great at his job, and always helps us with anything. We need around the house. We’ve had issues in the past, with moths, and some other items, in addition to our regular spraying, and he’s always been very customer. Service oriented and helpful to make sure we got what we needed.

Technician I talked with was personable and friendly. Ant peoblem on front walk seems to have been taken care of, but not sure if any treatment was done to driveway/lawn edges.
I have had Terminex do an exclusion system in the past...but find a mouse in my trap in 3rd garage weekly...??

I called on Sunday because i found bed bugs in my couch. I was scared out of my mind. Mr. Tony came by the next day and assessed my situation. He was very professional and did well by explaining what I issue was and how to treat it.
He had someone come out Wednesday morning to take care of my home. Mr. Jeffery was also professional and knowledgeable about my issue.
