This was perfect for me because I could use the time back on my calendar. If that didn’t work, he was more than willing to keep the original time schedule. When Khalil arrived, he took a needs assessment. I shared information about the problems I had— and he carefully listened before doing anything. Khalil provided exceptional services. He walked with me around the house, explained what he would do, and alerted me of any safety precautions. He made sure to tell me what to watch out for in the next 24 hours and how to reach out if I need any further assistance before his next visit. He went above and beyond to make sure all my concerns went addressed.
