I have been with Terminix for several years now and enjoy the service I receive. Miguel (First name removed) Melendez is my Terminix technician. He is always prompt and does a great job. He is very neat and meticulous in his work. He informs me of any issues and provides solutions if need.

The first time they sprayed inside and outside our house, the a day or 2 later, our basement floor was covered it little bugs that were living in the walls and floors. I don't see live bugs, only dead. They do an amazing job.

Fair prices for the services / protections provided. Our service technician, Steve Young, is courteous and technically proficient. He notifies us of upcoming visits, is on time, and provides detailed notes of his findings.
David is always on time and does a thorough job. He communicates before, during, and after each visit.
Technician and telephone Person were very pleasant to deal with and listen to what needed to be done.
I had TERMINEX for a few years and had to downsize on bills until I paid off some debt but I love the service! I have no issues with any bugs while I have this service.

They have taken good care of things
The tech was polite, told me what he did and efficient. Helped me to understand arrangement that Terminix will be at my home once every 3 months. I understand that its possible I will see some continuance of ants in the next week- but it should continue to improve.
