Having a Terminix Contract for a very long time has been one of my best investments!
Living in Florida and the change of seasons brings different insects.
With my quarterly general pest control contract, I am rarely invaded by roaches, ants and other tropical insects.
The beauty of the contract is if you DO get an infestation as I recently had hundreds of dead Argentinean Ants which I had never seen prior I can call for extra service at no extra cost.
My tech will return to assess and treat the areas of infestation.
Matt Keefer has been with Terminix for a very long time and is truly the BEST with incredible knowledge and kindness. The service I get and the peace of mind Matt, his supervisor Vincent, and the ease of setting up interim appointments should I have an issue in between general pest control service appointments is huge! Well worth the investtment!

The cost, there are several local extrerminators that are less expensive.I tried one and went back to Terminix. Not everyone thinks the same though.
My technician, Mike Nuanes, is very knowledgeable and thorough. He makes sure he understands my concerns and explains how he will treat pests on my property. I appreciate his work!

Dallyna, the Terminix service person, was super busy with clients today. However she still took the time for me to show her some areas I thought might need attention and to also answer some questions about spider webs we keep having to remove in our hedges. She was very professional and answered all of my questions. She had explained she was running behind due to having an extremely busy work day but she remained polite and courteous during the time she answered my questions. I know it is hard to find good help in todays world. Having been an owner of a small business I know how good it is to find and keep good employees. My advice to you is to do ever thing you can to retain a good employee like Dallyna.

Seth always comes when scheduled. He's mindful of morning appointment needs. He always keeps us informed. We may not talk to him directly but emails or text messages are our preferences. Seth represents Terminix superbly.
