Our original tech was a young lady that we absolutely loved and we thought we were so lucky to have such a great tech and that she couldn't possibly be replaced, but our current tech that recently replaced her is absolutely amazing as well. He is every bit as good as the original tech and that speaks a lot for the company. In a time where finding good employees is difficult at best, Terminix has some how managed to hire exceptional people. As for the service, we had a bad roach problem to start out with, but since we started using Terminix, we have gotten rid of the roach problem and they have worked hard to prevent any future problems.

We have been pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and care taken in eradicating rodents and other vermin from our property. They take care of everything and report to you while still on property (if you are at work, etc.) exactly what they did. They'll work with you to arrive at a time you are home, if services inside are necessary. Very reasonably priced monthly for the services they provide. And if you need them outside of regular service time, all you have to do is let them know and they will take care of you.

Tech is very good. Only issue we have is with your scheduling where we are “reminded of our appointment “ which we never get a heads up when it will be.
Ease of scheduling, Rebecca in the local office is great! She also easily answers all our questions about the 3 separate contracts we have for pests. Sub termites and drywood termites. John Garcia our pest technician is friendly and so knowledgeable. Very much appreciated!
