Technician I talked with was personable and friendly. Ant peoblem on front walk seems to have been taken care of, but not sure if any treatment was done to driveway/lawn edges.

I called on Sunday because i found bed bugs in my couch. I was scared out of my mind. Mr. Tony came by the next day and assessed my situation. He was very professional and did well by explaining what I issue was and how to treat it.
He had someone come out Wednesday morning to take care of my home. Mr. Jeffery was also professional and knowledgeable about my issue.

My mom had been using Terminix for years. Her service rep (Chris Hamel) was wonderful. He would always notify her of when he was on his way, and was always pleasant and respectful. He would explain what that day's service entailed, and give an update after the service to explain what he found and how he took care of it. Toward the end, Chris was moved to a different route and Ken (I'm not sure of his last name) took over. Ken was great as well!! I would 100% recommend Terminix (especially Chris & Ken!) to anyone. Thank you!

John gives us excellent service. He makes sure to get rid of all the spider webs and wasp nests. He makes sure to tell us what he found and ask if we have any concerns.
