It is easy to contact Terminix. I really like the technician Brian, who provides service to us . He is very respectful and it there are any issues we need addressed , he is responsive . He always texts the day before he comes . Very nice young man .
Terminix has been excellent, they do a great job always professional and on time! We had a major spider issue when we hired them! They were up to the task haven’t seen one since we swept the dead ones into the dust pan!

I'm able to communicate directly if needed for urgent matters (such as ant infestation), and he's been able to fit me in fairly quickly to accommodate.
Calling the main number with the same issue is not as successful, as I don't hear back, or they schedule without confirming the time will work.
Terminix have been helpful and kind during my time with them. They have attended to my needs and have kept my home safe and clean.

We had a great experience. Everyone was so pleasant from the representative on the call as well as the technician. Explanations were thorough and all our questions were answered. We had yellow jackets under our front porch. It is now day 3 and as discussed, the bee activity has decreased and almost gone. We would highly recommend terminix.
