Always does a good job. For some reason i have gotten two large roaches (they were dead) out of my house the last two days, I assume they came in from the outside when we go out, Other than that happy with service.

Your technician that has taken Jeff's place is equally as wonderful. She is kind, responsive, and explains the treatment. I recently had an influx of ants and she treated them. When they kept coming in, she was responsive and explained the treatment takes a couple of weeks to take effect and if they kept coming she'd stop by. The good news is the few I see are not healthy.

Generally good service. You need to meet commitments you make for timeframes that you state you will be providing service. If not able to meet at the arranged time, contact the customer to let them know.

The Terminix company has been very responsive to providing pest control in my yard and inside my home. Teylor, my application specialist, listens to my concerns and adjusts what he needs to do to control outside insects, especially mosquitoes. I give him 5 stars!

Technician comes regularly on scheduled visits/appointments to check my house & perimeter for presence of any insects/bugs like rodents, spiders & other crawling animals that may cause deterioration of the house & its perimeter. After the visit, the Technician immediately send the reports & findings.
