Ryan, the Tech who services my home on a quarterly basis is excellent at his job. He shows up when expected and is very patient and helpful when he needs to come out when an issue arises in between visits.
I recently had an inspector, I think it was Dominic, from your company assess my home for rodent entry. The inspector was thorough and professional and gave very good recommendations . The tech, who I think was Daniel, who came to my home to address and correct the rodent entry issues was very good, finding areas that I wouldn’t even think of. At the end of the job, he showed me every entry point that was corrected and answered any questions I had.
The only issue I have with the company is that I don’t get notice from the company of when Ryan is going to visit my home for his required monthly/quarterly inspections as I would like to be at home to address any issues I have been having in between visits or just to let him check the bait traps inside the home. Is there some way to alert me by text or email when he is scheduled for his next visit. Thank you

Dan Hinton texts before coming out and gives a reminder. Upon his heading to our home, I can check to see how many minutes it will be before he arrives. He asks for concerns, knows our home and past insect problems... is efficient and has a very personable personality.

No problem with bugs
I have always been able to depend on Gregory. I appreciate that it is family owned and run and every employee I have contact with talks about how much they have respect for Mr. Gregory’s integrity. I recently had my seasonal changeover inspection. The technician was in training but had a knowledgeable, experienced technician shadow him closely. They had an ongoing conversation all the time they were working together. That impressed me. I have been going through some health issues and haven’t been able to do necessary yard work. There was a bush very close to my compressor and interfering with the ability of it being able to do its work. With my agreement they cut the shrub back and took the cuttings to the garbage can, To me, that was over and above thei job and it gave me a feeling of relief. I trust them completely and have even before this.
I think the integrity of the owner shows in his employees.
