The whole experience was top notch. This starts with scheduling an online appointment on a Sunday evening for the next morning at 10am. Ira called Monday morning and was there on time. He was extremely knowledgeable and shared valuable information. The technician, Raphael, I believe, came the next day. He was on time, knowledgeable and wore his shoe covers without me asking. On Thursday, just 3 days after the inspection, the service team was at my home at 9:30am. They introduced themselves, put on their shoe covers and got to work. The entire team was exceptional and their work was quality.

Terminix is a great company. As a whole, they listen to one's issues, then lay out in detail what solutions are available. They are simultaneously, extremely professional as well as friendly and helpful. TJ came to the house initially and was very informative and helpful. Ashley Rasmussen and Cody McMillan arrived at the time promised, then proceeded to do their job, outstandingly. They worked tirelessly, with virtually no breaks for over 11 hours. I could see that they took imense pride in doing a thorough job, as well as they admittedly declared how much they liked their job. (Kudos to the company for their part in this satisfaction). Then there is Rianna (sp?), the supervisor, who, when she learned that the job would be a long one, came to help at the end of her day. I cannot stress enough what an amazing job these professionals did, or what brilliant human beings they are. Another thanks to TJ, as he is as impressive as the rest of the team.
