I was a little confused when I called to request they spray in my garage ( attached garage) because of spider webs. The technician told me he already was there. BUT it was a misunderstanding and my real technician called me back and explained it was a mistake and he wasn"t there yet. He came and took care of it. He was extremely nice and made me feel better about it. The reason for a 9 rating is........It is to soon to know if this investment is a good one. I do feel better since talking to my real technician.
Terminix has provided excellent coverage for our cabin for over twenty years.

Since his first quarterly pest control visit to our home where he solved a long running ants in our kitchen issue that no other tech had been able to (across multiple years), Kirk has taken good care of our house. He pays attention to any issues or concerns and always knows how to address them.
When we had issues with our annual termite inspection last year, Kirk made me aware that he could perform that inspection & did so. He also did our annual termite inspection this year & connected me with the right person to answer questions regarding our termite coverage.

The technician John Scaief did an excellent job treating for my quarterly pest control. ALSO he was very professional and very kind. He puts 100% into his job and is a positive asset to the Terminex team. He always communicates prior to and after he leaves the appointment (some in the past have not always done that). I appreciate him so much.

Terminex was very understanding when I needed to terminate the contract due to confusion on my part about the services I was receiving. They sent someone out immediately when I needed help with a carpenter ant infestation but then allowed me to end the contract without charging me a huge penalty. The techs were so helpful in explaining everything to me and made some very helpful recommendations about areas in my basement that needed to be cleaned out to avoid problems in the future.
