We receive personalized service. Our technician is always the same person and we are able to contact him directly. If anything changes, we are informed. If we have a problem between services, they come and address it at no additional cost.

I have had a few technicians over the years and all of them have been knowledgeable and very cushy service oriented. My newest technician, Jason, is no exception. He is friendly, professional and took the time to address a few questions I had at this visit. Overall, I’m very pleased with the overall customer service and effectiveness of the treatments.
