Manuel franco is the technician who takes care of my property every two months. He always lets me know well in advance, when he is going to come. That way I can make sure that I open the gate to enable him to have access to the rear of the property.
He always sends me an email letting me know what all he has taken care of.

The March 13, 2026 visit with Micheal Unger was excellent and deserve a 10 for professionalism and customer service. Now the March 15, 2026 inspection that showed that the technician DIAZ,AMIL was on the way to my home at 3:46pm. I tracked his location on my phone and a little before 5:00pm he was 6 min. away then 11 min. then 13 mins. at 5:22pm the tracking on my phone expired. The pictures on my house are both from the street and the inspections showed it was one minute. There are several spots that took photos of and my garage door that I wanted to discuss but no one showed up. For the March 15, 2026 I rate your company a ZERO.

To be honest I really dislike making payments online. Prefer billing by mail (the old school method) .
Glad company sent billing statement using postal service. Company should realize that many of the older generation do not have computers or smart phones.
