Just want to say that Randall Lovvorn is such great asset to your company. He is friendly and does a great job at communicating to me as to when he will be here. He listens and is thorough at handling any issues, or concerns I have ever had when it comes to any pest problems.

Mr. Curtis Lambert (Terminix) instantly diagnosed the insects found in the kitchen, traced their origin (box of old pancake mix) and quickly remediated the problem. He also offered a number of helpful suggestions to prevent future problems. Very helpful analysis!
