The Terminix technician is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers my questions, and makes sure the service is completed thoroughly. I really appreciated his attention to detail and excellent customer service.

Mr. Curtis Lambert (Terminix) instantly diagnosed the insects found in the kitchen, traced their origin (box of old pancake mix) and quickly remediated the problem. He also offered a number of helpful suggestions to prevent future problems. Very helpful analysis!
The Terminix personnel are very professional and thorough in how they interact with me. They look sharp, keep their appointments, do a complete job, and communicate with me both before and after the job.
