I enjoy the process of being notified by text in advance of a visit as well as being asked by the service rep if I need them to help us more in a certain area of concern.
I simply cannot rate Terminix high enough. Our Technician, Jeffrey Thompson, ALWAYS goes above and beyond for us; He is, in every sense of the word, kind, professional, more than accommodating, punctual (he text's or calls when he gets here, and text's or calls before he leaves) and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain what he has done, and why, and reminds us to be careful and "what to look for". Each time, before he leaves, he says "thank you, and if you need anything, just let me know". That kind of customer service is very rare this day and time. So to sum it up...... We have never had anything less than superior service!
